(More customer reviews)I have been dabbling here and there with a rawfood lifestyle and I bought a stack of books to get me started. By far this book is the easiest to follow, most colorful, and they have great recipes that have turned out exactly as explained. I made a great recipe out of this book which I took to two potlucks (raw and a normal meat eater) and a lot of people raved about it. From appetizers to salads, burgers, breads, meals, and desserts this is a great source. Also, one final yet critical thing I like that the authors do is tell you exactly how long and the necessary temperature to have things in the dehydrator which is a common mistake I have discovered many people make in books and on youtube - they leave it out. All in all, this book is an absolute MUST HAVE for a new raw foodie or a seasoned raw foodist. Enjoy.
