I am so excited to have this cook book!I love it so much that I bought one for my mom, my sister, and my closest mommy friends.We are always chatting about healthy alternatives for snacks, school lunches, holiday and birthday parties, and there are so many options in this book! Cooking is not my forte, and I am so busy with two small children, work, etc, that I am usually overwhelmed by all the steps required in a recipe.But these are clear and pretty simple, and even I can pull it off. I also really love Chapter 2, "the Fantastic Fourteen" which clearly explains the benefits of using certain ingredients like molasses, nonaluminum baking powder, powdered cocoa, etc.Thank you!
