(More customer reviews)In late 2003/early 2004 I became allergic to chocolate.At the time I was a chocolate lover.If it had chocolate in it, I loved it!So when I could no longer eat it, dessert time went from a joyful experience to a depressing one.Over the years I found out about Carob.I love carob, but it can be tricky to cook and bake with.Well all that went away the second I got this book.The recipes are amazing and not super complicated either.I had my mother come over one day for cookies, well after eating them her exact words were:"who needs chocolate!"(she is also a huge chocolate lover, so this was a big deal.)So with this being said, if you are allergic to chocolate but love the taste, BUY THIS COOKBOOK!!!!!!!!!!!
