(More customer reviews)The Cabin Cookbook is straight-forward and fairly simple.Many of the recipes come with a number of different combinations that can be used to alter the flavors and ingredients used.There is also an emphasis on using seasonal produce, which I appreciate.One of the interesting parts of this book is that Marrone devotes a notable section of her book to describing the proper methods and means for a successful pig roast.I've never had something as complicated as a pig roast presented in such a methodical manner or as easily.Overall, I have found this cookbook to be most useful for beginning cooks that are looking for a wide-range of simple, versitle recipes.
